Senior Maddie Wyckoff stated “Both Games were very good offensively, and it was honestly a great team effort Our pitchers pitched very well, even though they{East} scored a little bit and got on us It checked us in, and then we put up a lot of runs on them, so that was good because it was our rivals”
The rivalry game was a good one for Fr. Megan Strabbing, who went 3 for 4 at the plate with one RBI, and Senior. Maddi Veersma, who hit a home run. In the second game, Fr. Jenna Hendricks went 3 for 4 at the plate with one RBI, and once again, Maddi Veersma stole the show with another home run.

Sr. Maddi Veersma said, I thought that the game went really well. We were behind in the first half then we stepped on the gas pedal and came out with the win. Our defense was really solid, probably the best defensive game for us so far.” Veersma had one hit and one run in Thursday's game.
Coach Kayla Smart added, “This game we turned our bats on even in the first inning. Plucked away every inning, put our pieces together, put some bunts down. We had some big hard hits and a lot of teamwork. A lot of fun effort.”
