Junior Varsity vs Spring Lake High School Loss Despite the seemingly lopsided score line, the Dux JV soccer team showed tremendous resilience throughout their match against Spring Lake. The Dux continue to show improvement and defended relatively well against a talented and fast Spring Lake attack. The Dux offense showed improvement, had several good bouts of possession, were able to more effectively switch the point of attack, and generated more scoring opportunities than in games past, but just could not find the back of the net. The Dux fought hard, but came up short. The Dux travel to Saugatuck on Tuesday for their next nonconference match.
